There are a number of detailed changes to Employment Law coming into effect in April 2017

These include

  • increases to national minimum wage and benefits levels
  • statutory redundancy pay increases
  • introduction of the Apprenticeship Levy
  • changes to salary sacrifice arrangements
  • gender pay gap reporting
  • immigration skills charges
