Emms Gilmore Liberson is a practice built on solid and historic foundations. The three founder Directors all worked together at Lee Crowder and Cobbetts LLP in Birmingham, before going their separate ways following the merger of Lee Crowder and Cobbetts. They combined in May 2011, to form a practice based on giving highly experienced professional advice both to established and new clients. Emms Gilmore Liberson provides advice, not options. In November 2013, the firm further expanded when Mark Dakeyne and his team joined from Bridgehouse Partners LLP. Mark had previously been head of the Real Estate Group at Wragge & Co (now Gowling WLG).
Emms Gilmore Liberson believes that clients want the benefit, not only of sound legal advice but also experience. We take time to understand our clients’ business needs, objectives and goals and tailor our approach accordingly.
We also believe that clients are entitled to receive a responsive and available service. Our direct lines and mobile numbers are available for you to contact us when you need us.
We carry our commercial perspective into our own business. Our approach to all our work is to provide a cost effective and efficient service, whilst providing bespoke advice. We do not believe in providing advice on a defensive basis and are willing not merely to identify but also to comment upon the options available. We handle matters practically and commercially and always take into account the client’s tactical position and strategic objectives.
