Helena Bannister

Helena qualified in 2003 and joined Emms Gilmore Liberson from Wragge & Co in 2012.  She specialises in property litigation, both of a contentious and non-contentious nature.  One of Helena’s notable cases, was that of Beanby Estates Limited v Egg Stores (Stamford Hill) Limited, which was subsequently approved in a later Court of Appeal case and led to settled law in respect of service of Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 Notices. She also works closely with the litigation team, dealing with general commercial litigation.

Helena has been based in Birmingham since her early career at major national and international law firms Wragge & Co (now Gowling WLG) and DLA.
