The Role

Working within a busy, thriving and highly respected team of lawyers you will be involved in supporting the continued growth of our successful Corporate department. Undertaking a wide range of corporate work principally for good quality SME/OMB clients, typically work types for this role will include:

  • M & A
  • Reorganisations
  • Shareholder matters
  • General corporate advisory
  • Banking and finance

 What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3-4 years PQE
  • A self-motivated and self-reliant individual with experience working on a wide range of corporate transactional and non-transactional matters
  • Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness
  • An organised and industrious individual with an eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work on a collaborative basis with other members of the corporate team and the rest of the firm
  • A proven track record of supervising and mentoring junior team members

About Us

Emms Gilmore Liberson (EGL) was established by the three named founders and two other colleagues in May 2011. Mark Dakeyne joined in 2013, together with various Property team members. The firm now numbers around 50 people, supplying services to businesses and their owners in the following disciplines:

  • Property services including general commercial property, property development and construction
  • Litigation services including commercial and property litigation and licensing
  • Corporate services including commercial and employment
  • Private client services
