Restrictive Covenant Disputes
Employment contracts for often contain restrictions designed to protect your business in the event the employee moves on, particularly in the case of senior employees. Potential risks to your business may include the employee setting up business in competition or attempting to poach staff. These risks can usually be covered by restrictive covenants that will remain in force for a set period of time following termination of the employment contract.
