Thriving law firm celebrates 5th anniversary

Emms Gilmore Liberson celebrated its fifth anniversary in style when clients from across the UK joined its directors at an iconic Birmingham building to mark the occasion.

Emms Gilmore Liberson welcomed more than 70 business leaders to the Laurent Perrier Champagne bar at The Cube, enjoying breath-taking views across the bustling and, on the day, very hot city centre.

Among the companies represented were Stoford, Lambert Smith Hampton, Naismiths, Allied Irish Bank, Barques, Lawson Hedges Property, Dignity Funerals and Godwin Developments..

Established in 2011, Emms Gilmore Liberson has grown steadily and is anticipating an exciting period of growth. The company recently appointed Director of Regulatory Services Peter Adkins and Director of Commercial Litigation Services Richard Cooper.

The three founder directors – Greg Emms, Stephen Gilmore and Martyn Liberson –joined forces to create Emms Gilmore Liberson in 2011, forming a practice based on giving highly experienced professional advice to established and new clients. Real estate specialist Mark Dakeyne then joined the company two years ago and leads the growing commercial property team.

Stephen Gilmore said: “It hardly seems possible that five years has already passed since we launched Emms Gilmore Liberson here in the heart of Birmingham. It has been an exciting journey and we are all very pleased with the progress we’ve made.

“We have built a first class team of lawyers spanning a wide range of work types at Emms Gilmore Liberson since the company was established, and the recent addition of Peter Adkins and Richard Cooper strengthens us further.

“With the support of our hugely talented team and our loyal clients we will continue to grow the business well into the future. The practice is attracting work at a level where we easily compete with the national and regional firms and we will only get stronger.”
